We at W4M - Works4Me strive to create a platform for all users. We are committed to creating a service where Work meets Workers, ensuring that everyone can connect with each other regardless of their abilities, yet still be able to showcase their strengths. The purpose of the service is to provide a development platform for all makers as an enabler of developing expertise and an operating environment for companies.

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

This accessibility statement applies to the online service W4M - Works4Me. The statement was prepared on April 9, 2026 and is based on a self-assessment and the requirements of the Digital Services Act.

W4M – Works4Me is a service platform connecting employees, employers and light entrepreneurs. The service is in development, with an estimated release date of 01/2027.

The purpose of accessibility

Website accessibility means that everyone can use our site easily and comfortably. Our goal is to provide a user experience that is seamless across different technologies and devices.

Digital service accessibility status

Because the service is still in development, some of the technical and content accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1 A and AA) are not yet implemented. Accessibility will be taken into account in the development work and any deficiencies will be corrected before the service is released.

Assessment: The service does not yet fully meet accessibility requirements.

Unavailable content

Below are listed the key accessibility deficiencies, based on a preliminary assessment and typical deficiencies in corresponding services (e.g. images, contrasts, heading levels).

Observability

Some of the images are missing text equivalents (WCAG 1.1.1).

In some places, the contrast between text and background is not sufficient (WCAG 1.4.3).

Some sections use images that contain text without an alternative presentation (WCAG 1.4.5).

Manageability

The structure of the heading levels is not entirely logical (WCAG 2.4.6).

Form elements may lack clear labels (WCAG 3.3.2).

Understandability

In some places, link texts do not work out of context (e.g. “Read more”) (WCAG 2.4.4).

Operational reliability

Some components may have incomplete ARIA roles or technical specifications (WCAG 4.1.2).

Unreasonable burden

The service is currently in development and no unreasonable burden has been used. All accessibility requirements are being met before the service is released. The unreasonable burden principle can only be used in limited and justified ways.
